Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2022

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend a prescribed fee in the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration (Fees) Regulations 2019.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 59 of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1996.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 March 2022.

4Schedule 1—Fees

In item 7 of Schedule 1 to the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration (Fees) Regulations 2019¹, for "2∙28" substitute "3∙42".
