1.Citation

This proclamation is the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Amendment (Sex or Gender Changes) Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Amendment (Sex or Gender Changes) Act 2024, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 30 May 2025.
