Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Births, Deaths and
Marriages Registration Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulations 1999*.

3.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4 is amended in the Table as follows:

(a)

by deleting "$28.00" in each place where it occurs and " $30.00 ";

(b)

by deleting "$18.00" in each place where it occurs and " $20.00 ";

(c)

by deleting "$13.50" in each place where it occurs and " $15.00 ".
