Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1997

1. Name of regulations

   These regulations are the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Amendment Regulations 2002.

2. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day after their notification day.

3. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulations 1998.

4. Regulation 8 (c)

   substitute

   (c)the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act (NT);

   (d)the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1999 (Tas);

   (e)the Gender Reassignment Act 2000 (WA).
