Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulation 2003. 3 Amendment of s 16 (Information for commemorative birth certificate) Section 16(1)(a), after ‘section 17’— insert — , other than section 17(e) 4 Amendment of s 17A (Information for commemorative marriage certificate) Section 17A(d)— omit. 5 Amendment of s 17B (Information for commemorative registered relationship certificate) Section 17B(1)(c)— omit.
