Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2010 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences immediately after the commencement of the Surrogacy Act 2010 , chapter 6, part 4. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Regulation 2003. 4 Amendment of s 15 (Information that may be obtained from register—Act, s 44) Section 15(5), ‘section 44(6)(c)’— omit, insert— ‘section 44(7)(c)’. 5 Amendment of sch 2 (Information for certificates) Schedule 2, part 4— insert— ‘5 The deceased person’s father’s— (a) name; and (b) occupation. 6 The deceased person’s mother’s— (a) name; and (b) maiden surname; and (c) occupation.’.
