Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees that are chargeable with respect to matters arising under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1995.

This Regulation is made under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1995, including sections
50 (2), 54 and 62 (the general regulation-making power).
