His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Regulation under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1995.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees that are chargeable with respect to matters arising under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1995.

This Regulation is made under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1995, including sections 50 (2), 54 and 62 (the general regulation-making power).

Regulation 2018.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 2 October 2018 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
