Regulations 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Management (Declared Pest Account) Regulations 2014.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Biosecurity and Agriculture
Management (Declared Pest Account) Amendment
Regulations 2017.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Biosecurity and Agriculture

4.            Regulation 4A inserted After regulation 4 insert:

4A.	Prescribed amount for flat rate
For the purposes of section 132(2) of the Act, the amount is $3 781.
