I. the Governor, acting under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007 section 2(2) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 May 2013 as the clay on which the following provisions of that. Act. come into opera t.ion-

Part. 2 Divisions 1 and 2, sections 23-26, 33-35, 40-42 and 44. Part. 3, Part. 7

Div. 4, sections 183-186, 193 and Part. 9.

Note: Under the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013
regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations

Agriculture ?Management Act 2007 Part. 2 Division 1 comes into operation.

Part. 2 Divisions 4 and 5, sections 28, 29 and 30A. Part. 2 Division 8, Part. 2 Division 10, Part. 2 Divisions 12 and 13. Part. 2 Divisions 15-17, section 84, sections 86-88. sections 90 and 91 and sections 93-95.
