Biofuels Amendment (Primary Wholesalers) Regulation 2010

Biofuels Act 2007

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Biofuels Act 2007.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Biofuels Regulation 2007 to expand the definition of primary wholesaler to include Chippen Holdings Pty Limited trading as Lowes Petroleum Service.

This Regulation is made under the Biofuels Act 2007, including sections 4 (2) and 30 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Biofuels Amendment (Primary Wholesalers)
Regulation 2010.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Biofuels Regulation 2007

Clause 4 Primary wholesalers

Insert after subclause (2):

(3) Chippen Holdings Pty Limited (ACN 054 492 474) trading as Lowes Petroleum Service is included in the definition of primary wholesaler in section 4 of the Act.
