Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Biodiversity Conservation Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2018.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — when the Biodiversity

Conservation Regulations 2018 regulation 3 comes into

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Biodiversity Conservation

Regulations 2018.

4.            Regulation 23 amended

In regulation 23(1) in the definition of Code of Practice for
Commercial Purposes delete "published by the Department of

the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts
(Commonwealth) and".

5.             Regulation 65 amended

Delete regulation 65(3).

6.          Regulation 104 amended

In regulation 104(1) in the definition of Code of Practice for

Non-Commercial Purposes delete "published by the

Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts
(Commonwealth) and".

7.             Regulation 110 amended

In regulation 110 delete "vessel" and insert:

vessel, aircraft

8.            Regulation 158 deleted

Delete regulation 158.
