Conservation (Specially Protected Fauna) Notice 2018
published in the Gazette on 11 September 2018 at

pages 3232 to 3242;

Biodiversity Conservation Amendment

Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Biodiversity Conservation Amendment
Regulations 2018.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — when the Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2018 come into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Biodiversity Conservation
Regulations 2018.

4.             Regulation 168 amended

(1)	In regulation 168 delete the definitions of:
specially protected fauna notice rare flora notice
