Biodiscovery Regulation 2021

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Biodiscovery Regulation 2021.

2   Approval of traditional knowledge code of practice—Act, s 9C

For section 9C(3) of the Act, the code of practice made by the Minister and set out in the document called ‘Traditional Knowledge Code of Practice’, version 1 is approved.
