Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Bills of Sale (Registration of Water Interests) Variation Regulations 2017.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Part 2—Variation of Bills of Sale Regulations 2009

4—Variation of regulation 6—Application of Act to certain bills of sale as if certain amendments not made

Regulation 6(1)—delete "25 January 2018" and substitute:

28 June 2019
