1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Bills of Sale (Fees) Variation Regulations 2003.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2003.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

1. Schedule, clause 1(a)—delete "$47.00" and substitute:

2. Schedule, clause 1(b)—delete "$47.00" and substitute:

3. Schedule, clause 1(c)—delete "$47.00" and substitute:

4. Schedule, clause 2—delete "$38.50" and substitute:

   $40
