Bills of Sale (Fees) Amendment

Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Bills of Sale (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2010.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2010.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Bills of Sale (Fees) Regulations 1983.
4.	Regulation 3 replaced Delete regulation 3 and insert:

3.            Fees

The following fees are prescribed for the purposes of the Bills of Sale Act 1899 —

(a) Registration or renewal of registration

of a bill of sale 30.80

(b)	On entering satisfaction (including fee for filing the affidavit of execution)	13.20
(c)	Lodging of an application under sectionil3A of the Act (including supporting affidavit)	16.50
(d)	Inspection of the documents kept by the Registrar as to an individual registration	29.80
(e)	Copy (certified or uncertified) or an extract of an individual registration or an affidavit — first page	26.40
