These regulations are the Bills of Sale (Fees) Amendment
Regulations 2008.

Bills of Sale (Fees) Amendment

Regulations 2008

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

2544 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 17 June 2008

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2008.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Bills of Sale

(Fees) Regulations 1983.

4. Regulation 3 amended
Regulation 3 is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "28.00" and inserting
instead —
" 29.00 '';

(b)	in paragraph (b) by deleting "12.00" and inserting instead —
" 12.40 ";
(c)	in paragraph (c) by deleting "15.00" and inserting instead —
" 15.50 ";
(d)	in paragraph (d) by deleting "27.00" and inserting instead — " 28.00 ";
(e)	in paragraph (e) by deleting "24.00" and inserting instead — " 24.80 ";
(f)	in paragraph (e) by deleting "4.00" and inserting instead —
" 4.15 ".
