PART 2—AMENDMENT OF BILLS OF SALE AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS REGULATION 1999 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the BillsofSaleandOtherInstrumentsRegulation 1999. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Inspecting the register) (1) Section 4, paragraphs (c), (d), (e) and (f)— renumber as paragraphs (d), (e), (f) and (g). (2) Section 4, after paragraph (b)— insert— ‘(c) Mackay;’.
