AN ACT to amend the Bills of Sale Act 1899-1973.

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Bills of Sale ngligt,n.

ment. 2. This Act shall come into operation on the

twenty-eighth day after the day on which it is

assented to by the Governor.

Section 17B	3.	Section 17B of the principal Act is amended
amended.

in subsection (1) by deleting-

" A fee of twenty cents shall be paid on the

lodgement of such notice. " .

Section 17D	4.	Section 17D of the principal Act is amended
amended.

in subsection (2) by deleting "of twenty cents" and

substituting the following-

" set out in the Thirteenth Schedule to this

Act " .

Section 17G

amended. 5. Section 17G of the principal Act is amended

in subsection (1) by deleting "a fee of ten cents" and

substituting the following-

" the fee set out in the Thirteenth Schedule to

this Act " .

Section /8	6.	Section 18 of the principal Act is amended by

(b) deleting "of one dollar for each bill of sale or extract thereof" and substituting the following-

8.    Section 21 of the principal Act is amended by gggioduai

9.    The Thirteenth Schedule to the principal Act Thirteenth

is deleted and the following Schedule is substituted— s?thesc=ted.

1.	On the presentation of a bill of sale for registration or for renewal of registration	7.00
