AN ACT to amend the Bills of Sale Act,
1899.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and and Legislative Assembly Of Western Australia, in this presentI3
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
| 1. | This Act may be cited as the Bills of Sale Amendment Act, | Short title. |
1905, and shall be read as one with the Bills of Sale Act, 1899,
hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

This section shall take effect as if it had been a provision of the
principal Act from the commencement thereof.
