AN ACT to amend " The Bills of Sale Act,

1879."

[ Assented to, 21st September, 1882. ]

HEREAS it is expedient to amend " The Bills of Sale Act,

1879 :" Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of

Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. THAT the words "residing or," in the sixth line of

sub-section one of section ten of the said Act, are hereby repealed. 43v. 19, s. io.

The said Act shall be read as though such words had never been inserted therein.

In the name and on behalf of the Queen I hereby assent

to this Act.
