An Act to repeal the Billiards and Bagatelle Act 1902; and for related purposes. [Assented to 19 May 1992]

Billiards and Bagatelle (Repeal) Act 1992 No. 37

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Billiards and Bagatelle (Repeal) Act

1992.

Commencement

1. This Act commences on a day to be appointed by proclamation.

Repeal of Billiards and Bagatelle Act 1902 No. 38

3. The Billiards and Bagatelle Act 1902 is repealed.

Amendment of Gaming and Betting Act 1912 No. 25

4. The Gaming and Betting Act 1912 is amended:

(a)	by omitting from the second definition of “Street” in section 3 (1) the words “or the Billiards and Bagatelle Act 1902”;
(b)	by omitting from section 15A (1) (a) the words “or a house licensed under the Billiards and Bagatelle Act 1902”.
