BETTING INVESTMENT

TAX ACT REPEAL.

No. 72 of 1970.

AN ACT to repeal the Betting Investment Tax Act,

1959-1966.

[Assented to 17th November, 1970.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short	1. This Act may be cited as the Betting

Investment Tax Act Repeal Act, 1970.

Commence-

ment. 2. This Act shall come into operation on the

first day of January nineteen hundred and seventy-

one.
