Betting Control Amendment Regulations

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

9 July 2004 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2781

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2005.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Betting Control
Regulations 1978*.

4.            Regulation 17 amended

Regulation 17(1) is amended as follows:

(a)

in paragraph (ac) by deleting "$260" and inserting " $265 ";

(b)

in paragraph (a) by deleting "$500" and inserting " $525 ";

(c)

in paragraph (ba) by deleting "$120" and inserting " $125 ".

5.            Regulation 17A amended

Regulation 17A(1)(a) is amended as follows:

(a)

in subparagraph (i) by deleting "$285" and inserting " $290 ";

(b) in subparagraph (ii) by deleting -$570- and inserting

instead —

" $580 ";

(c)

in subparagraph (iii) by deleting "$855" and inserting " $875 ".
