Betting Control Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in

Executive Council.

1.

Citation Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2001.

2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 21 January 2002.
3.	The regulations amended The amendments in these regulations are to the Betting Control Regulations 1978*. [* Reprinted as at 6 April 2001.

4.	Regulation 17C amended Regulation 17C(c) is amended by deleting “or a quartet bet”.
5.	Appendix amended The Appendix is amended as follows:

(a)

in Part 1 rule 2(1)(e) by deleting “horses or greyhounds” “ runners ”;

(b)

in Part 1 rule 4(1) by deleting “horses or greyhounds” “ runners ”.
