Betting Control Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 1998
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1998.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 August 1998.3. The regulations amended Regulations 1978*.

4. Regulation 17A amended
Regulation 17A(1) is amended as follows:
(a)
in paragraph (a)(i) by deleting “$250” and inserting instead — “ $275 ”;
(b)
in paragraph (a)(ii) by deleting “$500” and inserting instead — “ $550 ”; and
(c)
in paragraph (a)(iii) by deleting “$750” and inserting instead — “ $825 ”.
5. Regulation 17B amended
Regulation 17B(1) is amended as follows:
(a) in paragraph (a)(ii) by deleting “$25” and inserting instead — “ $30 ”; and (b) in paragraph (a)(iii) by deleting “0.025% of the turnover” and “ 0.030% of the turnover ”.
