BETTING CONTROL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Betting Control Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1997.

Betting Control Regulations 1978 amended

2. (1) Regulation 72 (1) (d) of the Betting Control Regulations 1978* is

amended by deleting "$250," and substituting the following —

By Command of the Governor, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Executive Council.

" $200, ".

(2) Regulation 72 (2) of those regulations is amended by inserting after

"the Board has established" the followmg —

" and approved ".

Betting Control Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1997 amended

3. Regulation 3 of the Betting Control Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1997* is amended in substituted paragraph (d) by deleting "ledger"

and substituting the following —
