Betting Control Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Betting Control Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Betting Control Regulations 1978.

4.             Regulation 81 amended

Delete regulation 81(2).

5.             Regulation 82 amended

In regulation 82(3)(b) delete “at 55 cents.” and insert:

as a dividend somewhere between 50 cents and 55 cents, as
determined by RWWA or the organiser of the other totalisator
pool.

6.             Regulation 83 amended

Delete regulation 83(3)(b) delete “at 55 cents.” and insert:

as a dividend somewhere between 50 cents and 55 cents, as
determined by the local on-course totalisator or the organiser of
the other totalisator pool.
