BETTING CONTROL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Betting Control Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1996.

Regulation 2 amended

2. Regulation 2 of the Betting Control Regulations 1978* is amended by deleting "Acts Amendment (Racing and Betting) Act 1995" and substituting the following —

Acts Amendment (Racing and Betting Legislation) Act 1995 ”.
