BETTING CONTROL AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

By His Excellency's Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Betting Control Amendment

Regulations 1997.

Regulation 69 amended

2.      Regulation 69 of the Betting Control Regulations 1978* is amended by

inserting after the item commencing "Belmont Park Grandstand," the

following items —

Mangrove Hotel Motel, Broome.

Exchange Hotel, Pinjarra.
