Benevolent Society (Reconstruction) Act 1998 No 153 - Proclamtation

I. the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales. with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Benevolent Society (Reconstitution) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 31 December 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.
