1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bellingen Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 52 and 54 Wollumbin Drive, Urunga, being Lots 2 and 3,

DP 271191.

4 Amendment of Bellingen Local Environmental Plan 2010

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit clause 12. Insert instead:

12      Use of certain land at Wollumbin Drive, Urunga

This clause applies to 52 and 54 Wollumbin Drive, Urunga, being

Lots 2 and 3, DP 271191.

Development for the purpose of a dwelling house on each lot is

permitted with consent.
