BELING
v
VICTORIAN LEGAL SERVICES COMMISSIONER
[2024] HCASL 218
M36/2024
M37/2024
The applicant requires an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Beach and Niall JJA), which dismissed appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Ginnane J).
There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the Court of Appeal's judgment. It would therefore be futile to grant an extension of time.
Special leave to appeal is refused.
