Application for relief from unfair dismissal.

[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 21 January 2014 [2014] FWC 499 is corrected as follows:

    1. By deleting the last sentence in paragraph [34] and replacing it with the following:

      “Given the Applicant’s failure to attend work, his casual status and his lack of communication, the Respondent’s completion of the form was reasonable in the circumstances.”
