1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 34).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at the following—

(a)	5 Bega Street, Cobargo, being Lot 4, Section 1, DP 1460,
(b)	66 Princes Highway, Cobargo, being Lot 5, DP 1134,
(c)	72 Princes Highway, Cobargo, being Lot 2, DP 1134,
(d)	5 Wandella Road, Cobargo, being Lot 3, DP 794010,
(e)	Princes Highway, Kiah, being Lot 68, DP 750223,
(f)	1551 Nungatta Road, Nungatta, being Lot 10, DP 750206, Lot 1, DP 1158027 and Lot 3, DP 1102868,
(g)	1 Cobargo Street, Quaama, being Lot 1, Section 2, DP 758860,
(h)	25–27 Cobargo Street, Quaama, being Lot 3, Section 5, DP 758860 and Lot 1, DP 318028.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

Omit the matter relating to items I662, I723, I156 and I204 at Cobargo, item I219 at Kiah and items I255 and I256 at Quaama from Part 1.

Omit “Wandellow Road” wherever occurring. Insert instead “Wandella Road”.
