1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 25).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 10, DP 1162109, Finucane Lane, Bega,
(b)	Part of Lot 4, DP 1077434, part of Lot 2432, DP 793758 and Lot 1510, DP 1077898, Princes Highway, Bega,
(c)	Lot 5210, DP 807872, D’Arcy Lane, Jellat Jellat,
(d)	Lots 21 and 22, DP 816824 and Lots 2 and 3, DP 249834, Sapphire Coast Drive, Kalaru.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
