2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land:

| (d) | Lot 3, DP 750226, 604 Polacks Flat Road, Bemboka, |
| (e) | Lots 1 and 2, DP 455379 and Lots 3–5, DP 455380, 1–9 Palestine Road, Eden, |
| (f) | Lot 445, DP 1061010, 120 Lochview Farm Road, Lochiel, |
| (g) | part of Lot 600, DP 1193160, Mirador Drive, Mirador, |
being land that, immediately before the commencement of this Plan, was identified
as deferred matter under Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013.
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
