Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 23).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	Lot 492, DP 1103062, 84 Woodlands Lane, Bald Hills,
(b)	Lot 5, DP 1021345, 1514 Princes Highway, Bega,
(c)	part of Lot 1, DP 1164038 and Lots 1 and 2, DP 1101354, 1467 and 1536 Tathra Road, Bega,
(d)	Lot 3, DP 750226, 604 Polacks Flat Road, Bemboka,
(e)	Lots 1 and 2, DP 455379 and Lots 3–5, DP 455380, 1–9 Palestine Road, Eden,
(f)	Lot 445, DP 1061010, 120 Lochview Farm Road, Lochiel,
(g)	part of Lot 600, DP 1193160, Mirador Drive, Mirador,

being land that, immediately before the commencement of this Plan, was identified

as deferred matter under Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
