I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 20).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Bega:

(a)	Lot 7006, DP 1057325, Boundary Road,
(b)	Lot 242, DP 750190, Lot 2382, DP 873277 and Lot 7005, DP 1057325, 99, 147 and 163 Boundary Road,
(c)	Lots 2 and 3, DP 1077434, Corkhill Place,
(d)	Lot 1, DP 1077434, 1 Corkhill Place,
(e)	Lot 1, DP 502251, Finucanes Lane,
(f)	Lot 297, DP 728021 and Lot 2492, DP 732066, Newtown Road,
(g)	Lot 2381, DP 873277 and Lot 250, DP 750190, 267 and 269 Newtown Road,

being land that, immediately before the commencement of this Plan, was identified

as deferred matter under Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
