1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment

No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 41, DP 752130, Old Tilba Road, Wallaga Lake.

4 Amendment of Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2002

(1) Schedule 4 Additional uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule in the Columns headed “Land” and

“Additional development allowed”, respectively:

Lot 41, DP 752130, Old	Development for the purpose of a function
Tilba Road, Wallaga Lake	centre.

(2)	Dictionary
Insert in alphabetical order:

function centre has the same meaning as in the standard instrument prescribed by the Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Order 2006.
