under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment

No 1).

2      Aim of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from Zone 1 (f) (the Rural Forestry Zone) to Zone 1 (a) (the Rural General Zone) under Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2002.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot 93, DP 264382, Wallaga Lake Road, Bermagui, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “1 (a)” on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2002 (Amendment No 1)” deposited in the office of Bega Valley Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2002

Bega Valley Local Environmental Plan 2002 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of zoning map in the Dictionary the following words:
