REGULATIONS UNDER THE BEER EXCISE ACT 1901-1928.*

(Third Amendment.)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Beer Excise Act 1901-1928.

Amendment of the Beer Excise Regulations. 

After Regulation 32 of the Beer Excise Regulations the following regulation is inserted :—

Sec. 13.

33. The amount of security to be given to the Collector in accordance with Sec. 13 of the Act shall be according to the following scale:—

£
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £75 per annum or less.................................	500
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £100 per annum	750
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £125 per annum	1,000
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £150 per annum	2,500
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £175 per annum	5,000
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £200 per annum	7,500
For every brewer paying a licence fee of £250 per annum	10,000
