AN ACT to amend section eight of the Beekeepers
Act, 1963.
(Assented to 8th May, 1972.]
RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent
Majesty, by and with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council and the Legislative
Assembly of Western Australia, in this present
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the
same, as follows:—
| 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Beekeepers | Shore title |
| and citation. |

| to as the principal Act. | March, 1971. |
(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may
be cited as the Beekeepers Act, 1963-1972.

| amended. | 2. Subsection (2) of section 8 of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "of every year" in line two, the passage ", 1972, and on or before the thirty-first day of December in every fifth year thereafter". |
