  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Beef Production Levy
Regulations.*1*

Commencement 


  2. These Regulations commence on 1 May 1991.

Interpretation 


  3. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

  "the Act" means the Beef Production Levy Act 1990.

BEEF PRODUCTION LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 4 
Prescribed amount for the purposes of section 6 of the Act 


  4. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (a) of the Act, $0.0149 is
prescribed.


  (2) For the purposes of paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Act, $0.00495 is
prescribed.
