Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor

I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under the Aboriginal Communities Act 1979 section 6(1) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, declare the following lands to be the community lands of Bayulu Community Incorporated, an incorporated Aboriginal community to which that Act applies—

The land being Lot 12 on Deposited Plan 182544 and being the whole of the land in Qualified Certificate of Crown Land Title Volume LR3123 Folio 495 and being part of reserve 35197 for the purpose of use and benefit of Aboriginal inhabitants, other than the land that is the subject of sub-lease J362504 between Bayulu Community Incorporated and Gilaroong Aboriginal Corporation registered on 15 July 2005.
