1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005

(Amendment No 24).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Bella Vista, being Lot 3, DP 270592,

2–4 Circa Boulevard, and Lot 4, DP 270592, 3 Circa Boulevard.

4 Amendment of Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005

(1) Clause 5 Definitions

Insert in alphabetical order in clause 5 (1):

neighbourhood shop has the same meaning as in the standard instrument prescribed by the Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Order 2006.

Insert at the end of the Schedule in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
