(Amendment No 18)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005

(Amendment No 18).

2      Aim of plan

This plan aims to amend Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan

2005 to rezone the land to which this plan applies:

(a)	from partly the Open Space 6 (a) (Existing and Proposed Public Recreation) Zone to partly the Residential 2 (a) Zone, and
(b)	from partly the Special Uses 5 (a) (Existing and Proposed) Zone (and set aside for local drainage) to partly the Residential 2 (a) Zone, and
(c)	from partly the Residential 2 (a) Zone to partly the Special Uses 5 (a) (Existing and Proposed) Zone (and set aside for local drainage),

to provide for residential development consistent with surrounding land

and for local drainage.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part of Lot 210, DP 1129196, Solent Circuit, Baulkham Hills, as distinctively coloured, lettered “2 (a)” or “5 (a) (Local Drainage)” and edged heavy black on the map marked “Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 18)” deposited in the office of The Hills Shire Council.
