1 Name of plan
This plan is Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005
(Amendment No 15).
2 Aims of plan
The aims of this plan are as follows:
| (a) | to rezone Lot 2, DP 1116487, No 9 Pellitt Lane, Dural, as shown on Sheet 7 of the map marked “Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 (Amendment No 15)” deposited in the office of the Council of the Shire of Baulkham Hills, from Special Uses 5 (a) (Existing and Proposed) Zone (Sewage Treatment Works) to Rural 1 (c) Zone under Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 2005 as the land is no longer required for sewage treatment works purposes and to reflect the zoning of adjoining land to ensure the appropriate future development of the site, |
