1     Name of plan

This plan is Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 1991

(Amendment No 103).

2     Aim of plan

This plan aims to reclassify the land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land as defined in the Local Government Act 1993.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part Lot 102, DP 1010735, Diana Avenue,

Kellyville.

4 Amendment of Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 1991

Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 1991 is amended by

inserting at the end of Part 2 of Schedule 4:

Part Lot 102, DP 1010735, Diana Avenue, Kellyville.
