(Amendment No 102)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 1991

(Amendment No 102).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies from the Rural 1 (a) Zone to the Residential 2 (d) (Protected) Zone under Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 1991 to enable the land to be developed for residential purposes.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part of Lot 11, DP 1036062, Old Castle Hill Road, Castle Hill, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 1991 (Amendment No 102)” deposited in the office of Baulkham Hills Shire Council.

4 Amendment of Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 1991

Baulkham Hills Local Environmental Plan 1991 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in clause 5 (1) the following words:
